Swinton Ladies 5 Mile Trail Race 2026

10 of our ladies ran in this 5 mile trail race

​The race is a 1-lap course of 5 miles, taking in the City of Salford's largest conservation area, including the lake at Old Warke Dam, the Bridgewater canal and the beauty of Worsley Woods.

Some of our ladies ran in the previous day's Endure Relays but still got some great results despite the fatigue!

Congratulations to Janet Shepherd who was the highest placed Belle Vue Racer, finishing 19th overall (and second FV55) and to Annie Hirsch who finished 25th overall (and first FV70).
